GeoPurge
flush/purge cart, manufactured by GHP Systems, is constructed of HDPE
pipe with heat fused connections. This heavy duty commercial flush/purge
system is valved for reverse return flow. The unit also includes built-in
P/T ports, filters, drain valves, 1-1/4" flexible hose with quick connects
and fill valves. This system is engineered with large diameter piping and
full port valves for minimum flow restrictions. GeoPurge can be purchased
with a 1, 1-1/2, or 2 HP circulating pump. The unit is mounted on a heavy
duty mobile cart ready for use on your next commercial geothermal loopfield
system. |

GHP
Systems offers a wide range of geothermal loopfield accessories:
- Test caps: an
efficient and economical means for pressure testing HDPE piping systems
(sizes 3/4", 1", 1-1/4" & 2" IPS). Pressure
rated to meet CFR 192.513.
- Geothermal locating tape: to
locate pipelines and to help prevent high cost accidental loopfield
damage to your commercial geothermal projects.
- Pipe cutters: rugged
ratchet plastic pipe cutters for up to 2" pipe.
- P/T test kits: to
test loopfield pressures and temperatures. Components include: tool
box, 3" pressure indicator dials with p/t probes, dial thermometers and
a digital thermometer.
- P/T plugs: 1/2"
mpt used to access internal loopfield pressures and temperatures.
- U-bend anchors: after
u-bend is inserted into borehole, u-bend anchors lock the u-bend in place.
- GeoClips (u-bend pipe separators):
to enhance vertical heat
